Return Policy:

• No returns allowed without a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number).
• Returns must be made within 30 days after you receive your shipment.
• Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to 20% restocking charge.
• No returns are allowed on items after 90 days of receipt.
• All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations.
• A copy of your invoice must accompany the returned item.
• Returned items must be shipped PREPAID.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.

Shipping Policies:

• Free shipping only available on items shipped regular UPS ground.
• Free shipping does not apply to oversized shipments.
• Expedited shipping available upon request, rates must be calculated manually.
• Unless otherwise specified, all domestic shipments are sent UPS Ground.
• All international shipments, APO/FPO deliveries and PO Box deliveries are sent USPS Global Express Mail.
• Please do not ask us to falsify export documents to avoid taxes, tariffs, or import duties. You expect us to be honest with you, please do not be upset that we will not lie to your county.
• We strive to ship either same day or next day after payment is received or has cleared.
• Nationwide shipments sent out daily.
• International shipments sent out twice per week.
